Because the thickness and shape of the egg tray product are different, the production cycle per hour is slightly different. The octahedral machine is suitable for the processing of large-scale pulp egg trays. The output per hour ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 egg trays and consumes 7 to 10 tons of waste paper in 24 hours. The product has high density.
The 6-story egg tray drying line has a length of 21 meters and requires a factory building that is at least 40 meters long and 15 meters wide. The heat source used for drying egg trays is usually natural gas or diesel oil. The consumption of natural gas is approximately 210 square meters per ton of pure pulp egg tray (different products consume gas and there will be some differences). The 6-layer egg tray drying line is suitable for large-scale high-grade packaging paper trays, and the production tray trays have a high degree of automation, such as smooth standards.
The total power of the entire line is 132.2KW, and the actual consumption is 100KW. The flagship of our company is energy-saving and stable, leading the domestic heat source and power consumption.
