1. Pulping system

As the name suggests, pulping is a process of mixing raw materials into specific slurries and delivering them to the molding machine. It includes the steps of breaking raw materials, removing impurities, reducing, adding fillers or auxiliaries, grinding, blending, and slurry transportation. 2. Forming system
This is the second stage of the production process of pulp molded products.
The so-called molding means that the molding machine uses the slurry provided by the pulp making system to form a wet product blank on the surface of the mold through the vacuum adsorption of the negative pressure system, and then it is transferred to the outside of the machine by the air compressor of the positive pressure system to enter. Drying procedure. The main equipment for molding system includes molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, steam separator, air compressor and gas storage tank.
The forming machine is one of the main equipment for the production of pulp egg trays (boxes). Its function is to make a wet billet. It is an important carrier and an organic combination. The molding function of the mold, the suction filtration function of the negative pressure system, and the transfer mold release function of the positive pressure system can only be reflected by the molding machine.

3. Drying system
This is the third stage of the production process of pulp molded products. The wet cake of the pulp molded product transferred from the molding machine to the drying system generally contains about 75% of moisture. In general, most of these waters are removed by drying.
The drying system includes a heat source, a drying conveyor channel, a product conveying device, and a wind exhausting device. In general, drying is automatically carried by a mesh belt.
