Project Flow Chart
The pulp molded egg tray, fruit tray and other tray products are made of waste newspaper, carton paper, printed paper and various kind of scrap paper from paper product manufacturers. The pulp will be produced in a specific consistency through hydraulic pulping, filtering, water injection and other processes. Then the wet products will be formed by specific vacuum suction on metal molds . After that the wet products will go through drying and hot-pressing.
By using different molds, fully automatic tray production line can also be used in the production of fruits trays (Apple, pear, avocado), coffee cup (4 Pack coffee tray, 2 Pack coffee tray), bottle holder, and some electrical and electronic liner packaging and disposable medical care products.
