The machine is fully automatic, easily learned and convenient service.

The production process flow: Pulp making system→ Forming system→Drying system→Packing system

•Pulp Making System

Put the raw material into the hydraulic pulper to make the pulp, the pulp concentration will be 0.8%-1% under the action of the 3 pulp pools and some support facilities.

•Foriming System

As for the forming system, Zengtuo produces many different forming machines which own different capacity. We can also design the mold and machine per your request.

•Drying System

We have 4 kinds of drying system:

1). Natural drying line: dried the egg trays by sunshine

2). Single Brick Drying Line

3). Single Layer Metal Drying Line

4). Multi-layer Metal Drying Line

•Packing System

The dried egg trays can be loaded and transport after automatic stacking and packing.
