Pulp making system
Raw materials: waste paper, cartons, newspapers, books, etc. Usually the ratio is 70% newspapers + 30% cartons. The ratio can be adjusted according to the customer's site conditions to meet customer requirements.
The crusher breaks the raw materials into pulp, and the pulp that meets the production requirements is transported to the storage pool through the screening of debris from the vibrating screen and the refiner to prepare for the work of the forming machine in advance.
2. Forming system
PLC control + INDEXING DRIVES forming machine runs stably and quickly to control the weight of the egg tray
Wet pressing part: Squeeze the moisture of the egg tray in advance before blister forming in the molding machine to reduce the pressure of the vacuum pump and air compressor;When the egg tray enters the oven, the moisture is squeezed to the greatest extent, and the shrinkage rate is controlled to reduce the deformation of the egg tray during the drying process, while reducing energy consumption and shortening the drying time of the egg tray.
Counterweight part: The company's unique design, the addition of the counterweight part of the molding machine will greatly reduce the working pressure of the rocker arm of the molding machine and extend the service life. At the same time, it helps to improve the working efficiency of the molding machine.
3. Drying system
The outer layer of the cold-rolled plate of the insulation board is 1.5mm using electrostatic spraying, the inner layer is 304 stainless steel 1mm, and the total thickness is 100mm.
The 310S stainless steel layer in the combustion chamber has high strength, no deformation and corrosion resistance.
