It improves the production efficiency of the whole paper tray, reduces the processing cost, realizes automation and continuous production, avoids the artificial difference of manual processing, and makes the product quality uniform.

In this production line, their main engine has three types: reciprocating type, Tumblet Type and rotation typewhich working method is different. Usually rotation type machine capacity is bigger.

The drum drive and cold press of our molding machine use servo motor plus precision reducer to complete precise position control. This control method does not have the problem that the position of the drum cannot be accurately positioned due to mechanical wear. Thereby greatly improving the service life of the mold. And it is not easy to block the net, which improves the utilization rate of the machine.
