The Egg Tray Manufacturing Equipment mainly uses waste paper as raw material, which is rich in source and low in price. The water used in the production process is closed and recycled. There is no waste water or exhaust gas. After the pulp molded products are used, the wastes can be recycled and recycled like ordinary paper. Even if they are abandoned in the natural environment, they are easily decomposed and broken into ordinary paper. Organic substances are completely environmentally friendly products. 1)    Pulping system
Put the waste paper to pulper to make pulp, after some support equipment and 3 pulp pools, the pulp concentration will become 0.8%-1%.
2)Forming system
Forming machine and the support equipment make the pulp to become the egg tray.
