Egg tray machine uses waste paper as raw materials to produce different kinds of products according to your requirements, such as egg trays, egg cartons, egg boxes, apple trays, fruit trays, industrial trays, seeding trays, etc. Our machine includes the pulp making system, forming system and drying system. This production line mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, fruit trays, cup carriers and disposable medical care products

This machine mainly includes:: Pulp making system→Forming system→Drying system→Packing system

Pulping system: Hydrapulper ,Pulp pump ,Air compressor,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping machine.
Forming system: Full automatic egg tray forming machine, Vacuum pump , High pressure washer,Negative pressure tank , mould, Transfer mould, baler .
Drying system: There are 2 kinds of drying system. One is metal, the other is brick. The conveyor plate can be one layer and multi-layer, direct combustion hot air circulation. Using the imported or joint venture brand burner (domestic uses the stove bar), equipped with an automatic control cabinet.

The semi-automatic production line wasn’t equipped with drying system, after pulp making process and automatic forming process, the wet products should be moved to another place for drying by workers, and then product can be dried by sunshine.

The full-automatic production line was equipped with automatic drying system, after pulp making process and automatic forming process, the transfer molds plate will transfer wet products to the drying system automatically, and then after drying, the final products will be collected by automatic stacker.

We can provide both single-layer drying system and multi-layers drying system, compared with the former, the latter is the latest technology, which can save energy consumption, workshop space requirement etc.

The drying system use natural gas, LNG, LPG, diesel, coal, wood etc. as fuel, the steam, heat-conducting oil and heavy oil also could be applied to dry the products, but the investment and field occupation would be increased.

The above-mentioned production lines are suitable for the following products: egg tray (30 caves), egg box/carton (6 caves, 10 caves, 12 caves, 15 caves, 18 caves), fruit tray, cup carrier (4 packed and 2 packed), etc.

After sale service:

We will send technicians for your plant for instructing the installation and trial run test. The user should be in charge of come-go tickets, visa application cost, food, shelter, personnel safety and etc. The buyer should pay salary for technicians.
